Our Hororata Foods Ltd products will be delivered with our highest standard of quality that we both will be happy with and proud of. Should any issue arise you are not happy with please contact us as soon as you can so we can act on it straight away. We will act in accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
For returns and credits, Hororata Foods Ltd will need to be notified immediately on receipt of delivery for the claim to be looked into. Claims outside this time frame may not be accepted due to the specific nature of our products.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT POLICY
Hororata Foods Ltd is fully committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. In the unlikely occurrence that our product arrives to you in less than satisfactory condition, please call us immediately and we will replace damaged or faulty goods, a full replacement will be issued for the damaged or faulty goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind orders, so please choose carefully.
PRICING AND CURRENCY
Our prices displayed are in NZ dollars and inclusive GST. All sales are within New Zealand only.
Due to the nature of our product, once orders have been processed at manufacturing site and made they are not able to be cancelled.
NZ wide deliveries only. We are able to deliver to you on Tuesday to Friday.
Hororata Foods NZ Ltd will deliver according to the delivery option requested by our customer. We suggest you get your order delivered a address where there will be someone there to receive and sign for the goods (e.g. business address). Please ensure if specific instructions are given, that they are very clear and concise.
If you have specific delivery instructions like receiving the product on a particular date, please place these in the comments text area on the shopping cart form.
On completion of the delivery instructions the delivery responsibility for Hororata Foods Ltd ends.
